For many, the pull of the warm emerald waters and the soothing sunshine of Northwest Florida are too much to deny, and I could not agree more.
I moved to the Panhandle of Florida to begin my real estate career in 2004 after graduating from Mississippi State with a degree in Real Estate and Mortgage Appraisal Financing and selling property in Mississippi. As a child, I spent vacations along the sugary shoreline every year and witnessed firsthand the amazing growth on Scenic Highway 30A. I grew up in Germantown, TN outside of Memphis where my parents still live today.
Once my parents and I discovered Scenic 30A and they invested in their first beach home, I quickly realized this was no longer just a great vacation place but somewhere I wanted to call home.
My husband Andy (also a licensed Realtor) and I specialize in residential real estate, second homes and investment property along Scenic 30A, which includes Seaside, WaterColor, WaterSound, Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, Grayton Beach, Rosemary Beach and Seagrove (just to name a few), as well as Destin and Sandestin.
I am a licensed Realtor, focusing as a buyer's expert on Scenic Hwy 30A, Sandestin and Destin. I pride myself on providing a unique blend of service and advice that will guide others through the process of successful real estate investing.
Andy and I have a proven track record in selling real estate along the Emerald Coast and 2012 marks my 8th year here in real estate. In 2011, Andy and I sold $25.5 million (nearly 50 properties) in real estate along the Emerald Coast, with another $17.4 million sold in 2010. And in 2009, we sold more than $19 million.
As a committed Realtor, I focus 100% of my professional time on servicing the needs of my customers as a full-time Realtor. My enthusiastic and aggressive approach provides my clients with a determined and focused Realtor, who is committed to working with them to buy or sell their slice of paradise.
I also hold the CRS designation as well as the CDPE designation. The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. The CDPE designation stands for Certified Distressed Property Expert.
